This workshop will guide participants through the essentials of video production, including interviewing techniques, video podcasts, and educational videos. They will learn about camera settings, shooting techniques, sound recording, video editing, and YouTube channel management. By the end of the course, each student will be capable of creating professional-looking video content with both professional and non-professional equipment.

· Overview of microphones: lavalier, shotgun, built-in
· Structuring interviews: Open-ended vs. closed questions
· Lighting, background, positioning
· Filming Test Interviews
Day 2Video Editing with DaVinci
· Overview of editing software (free and paid options)
· Importing footage and organizing files
· Editing tools: cutting, trimming, transitions
· Adding text, music, and sound effects
· Color correction and grading basics
· Audio editing and syncing
· Exporting for different platforms (YouTube, social media)
Day 2Create a YouTube Channel
· Account setup, branding, and customization
· Importance of thumbnails
· Tools for creating thumbnails (Canva, Photoshop)
· Understanding video formats

· Materials Provided: Handouts summarizing key concepts, list of recommended equipment and software, access to the studio's equipment.

· Requirements: Participants are encouraged to bring their own recording devices (cameras, smartphones, microphones) if available.

· Certificates: Each student will receive a certificate of completion.
